    Step 1

    把切片莲藕汆烫后滴干。Blanch lotus root slices in hot water. Drain and put aside.

    热麻油,把蒜茸爆香,然后加入XO酱和指天椒炒匀。Heat sesame oil and fry garlic until fragrant. Add XO sauce and bird's eye chillies. Stir-fry well.

    Step 3

    加入莲藕、烧肉、鲜菇和调味料,炒匀后盛出。Add lotus roots, roast pork, mushrooms and seasoning. Stir-fry briskly until well combined.
